The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and will serve as a strategic partner to our leaders and managers. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with the Head of Human Resources CIS in order to provide support in CIS countries and provide full cycle of HR affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR strategies to support those objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to implement talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on organizational design and development
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support managers in developing and implementing effective performance management processes
  • Consult with leaders on employee development and career planning
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolution
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred
