Senior Graphic Designer

Inktech - an international IT product holding company. Founded in 2017, the company continues to establish innovative tech and marketing solutions worldwide. We provide our clients with efficient solutions in digital marketing, creativity, design, traffic, and payment systems for the global entertainment industry.

We are looking for an independent and proactive Senior Graphic Designer to develop our project!

Responsibilities:

• Creating promo banners and graphics for social media channels;

• Creating landing pages, including preparing layouts for development;

• Working within the project's visual style while also developing and improving it;

• Establishing effective communication with other departments;

• Working in a team with other designers, delegating tasks, and helping distribute tasks among designers;

• Anticipating difficulties in task completion, accounting for this time in task estimates, and striving to prevent difficulties in the future;

• Determining the set of tools for work;

• Conducting reviews;

• Formulating technical assignments for outsourced contractors and interacting with them throughout all stages of design development.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Designer;

• Experience with grids, templates, and layouts;

• Knowledge of the basics of composition, animation, and color palette;

• Understanding of basic web development principles;

• Ability to apply artificial intelligence within graphic design;

• Ability to document the workflow in guides;

• Ability to approach different internal clients, understand and consider their requirements, and present design solutions;

• Ability to establish quality communication;

• Ability to forecast task completion times and meet deadlines;

• Capability to analyze feedback and incorporate it into revisions;

• Analytical skills.

Proficiency in software:

• Adobe Photoshop (professional);

• Adobe Illustrator (professional);

• Adobe After Effects (professional);

• Figma (professional);

• Cinema 4D/Blender 3D (advanced).
