We are looking for an experienced Middle+/Senior UX Writer to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Delve deeply into the operational logic of products;

Take ownership of product texts, writing them from scratch and suggesting improvements;

Assist in UX design;

Participate in design reviews regarding text components;

Occasionally write and edit various formats, such as newsletters and instructions;

Ensure consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and Tone of Voice;

Collaborate with the lead to develop the direction, supplement documents, and assist colleagues in articulating thoughts more effectively.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a UX writer, 5+ years of experience working with texts;

Proficient in gathering and analyzing information for tasks and projects;

Capable of crafting logical and user-centric product texts;

Meticulous attention to detail;

Ability to articulate and defend solutions effectively;

Strong proficiency in Russian, able to work without a proofreader;

Proficient in Figma, Miro, and Google Docs;

Experience with Lokalise would be an advantage;

Desired experience in one of the following areas: internal communications, CRM, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, iGaming.
