Middle + / Senior Graphic Designer

Requirements:

• Software skills:

1. Adobe Photoshop (Proficient);
2. Adobe Illustrator (Proficient);
3. Figma (Proficient);
4. Adobe After Effects (Proficient);
5. Cinema 4D/Blender 3D (Intermediate)

• Skill in working with modular grids, in-depth knowledge of composition, color palettes;
• Ability to apply AI driven solutions for graphic design;
• Capability to establish quality visual communication with the audience;
• Understanding of design trends;
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time;
• Proficiency in finding approaches to various customers, understand and accommodate various requirements of a customer and translate them into design solutions;
• Ability to justify proposed design solutions and present them to clients;
• Expertise in basic animation principles, experience in motion, 3D animation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design both unique and template banners;
• Create motion graphics, animations of existing 3D objects, and engaging in creative tasks;
• Developing the visual style of the project;
• Establishing effective communication with other departments;
• Collaborating with a team of designers, participating in brainstorming sessions and retrospectives.
