Affiliate Manager

We seek a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager for the Asian markets. This position is open to candidates with prior experience in the affiliate marketing industry. This position is based in Moscow, offering the flexibility of both full-time and part-time options.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners;
• Recruit new affiliates and negotiate favorable terms and conditions;
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize revenue generation;
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, ensuring their success;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities;
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies;
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and present findings to management;

Requirements:

• Experience in iGaming industry (Asian regions: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal) in the position of an affiliate manager;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Highly motivated and target-oriented individual;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);

(*Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali would be an asset)
