Responsibilities:
- Support effective implementation of pricing/flow decisions in all sales channels (Direct Selling, Market Places & Retail)via Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process
- Facilitating the effective implementation of pricing and flow decisions through the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process.
- Developing new reports and updating existing ones in the pricing and gross margin area, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Conducting continuous reporting and analytics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis, providing valuable recommendations on price movements, competitive pricing maps, benchmark databases versus competitors, competitiveness estimations, and more.
- Collaborating with Category, Campaign planning, Regional pricing, and other teams to support ongoing and ad hoc requests related to competition pricing issues.
- Monitoring pricing implementation and maintaining day-to-day communication with Category, Campaign planning, and other teams to address implementation issues and ensure compliance with the pricing strategy.
- Conducting market analysis to gather insights and trends that will inform pricing strategies and decisions.
- Higher education (in Economics preferably)
- 1-3 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst preferably in FMCG
- Knowledge of general pricing principles across FMCG
- Strong project management skills are required in order to facilitate team works across the organization, lead the discussions and implement the agreements
