Responsibilities:
- Analyze the quality problems of phone and summarize and output work.
- Can do problem analysis PPT and after-sales quality data analysis.
- Daily work supports Tecno, Infinix, Itel mobile phones, customer complaint handling, technical support, and sales assistance to deal with software, hardware, and user experience issues.
- After-sales bad mobile phone analysis, common problem analysis, after-sales FFR, ARR data monitoring, early warning of major market problems.
- Use new mobile phones, discover the needs of Uzbekistan local users, export user experience problems and promote improvement (in case of launching new products).
- Can speak English or Chinese;
- Strong communication and expression skills;
- Close communication with all departments;
- More than 2 years of working experience in software testing or after-sales mobile phone repair in the mobile phone industry;
- Employment in full compliance with Uzbekistan Labor Code;
- Work schedule is 5/2 at Office;
- Salary will be discussed with the successful candidate;
