Lawyer

Our Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• LLM degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of labor, civil, tax, and administrative legislation, business ethics, and occupational safety rules and norms
• Key personal qualities: initiative, punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to the interests of the business
• Fluent in Russian and English

Your Responsibilities:

• Legal support for clients' activities in corporate law and other areas
• Protecting clients' interests in court and representing them before government agencies (including law enforcement)
• Providing legal advice on various areas of law
• Analyzing and providing legal expertise on contracts, dispute protocols, etc.
• Drafting contracts, agreements, letters, and other documents

• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Kazakhstan
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
