Call Center Manager / Sales (Native Portuguese)

International iGaming brand is seeking a specialist for the role of Call Center Manager with Native Portuguese proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent service to customers.

• Making outbound calls.
• Processing website inquiries.
• Consulting clients on Company services.
• Closing sales, processing orders.
• Working in a team.
