Responsibilities:

  • Organizing strategic marketing communication activities;
  • Developing and implementing a plan for strategic marketing communication events;
  • Conducting communicative analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategy initiatives;
  • Carrying out applied marketing research;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the leadership qualities and strategic marketing activities of competing organizations, and making necessary adjustments to the university’s strategic efforts as required;
  • Participating in the development of the marketing communications budget;

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage reporting and analyze results;
  • Experience with KPI management and using them to evaluate performance;
  • Leadership qualities, goal orientation, and initiative;
  • High work ethic, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
  • Integrity and a high level of responsibility;
  • Experience in launching new projects from scratch is a plus but not mandatory;

Working conditions:

  • Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Working hours: full time (8:30-17:30), lunchtime 1 hour
