About The Role
We're looking for an Operations Specialist with 3+ years of experience to manage our relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Documentation Management: Oversee and manage all vendor-related documentation, including contracts, tax forms, and order forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the departments’ budgets for software and subscriptions, ensuring cost-effectiveness, optimal utilization of resources, and elimination of redundant subscriptions. Your goal is to make sure we're spending money wisely and not wasting it on things we don't need or don’t use.
  • Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to vendor relations, including contract renewals, service additions, complaints, and negotiations, fostering strong, productive relationships.
  • Administration: Efficiently implement and administer the Vendor Management System, ensuring it effectively meets our company’s needs and supports our vendor management processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages Proficiency: Fluent in both Russian and English, facilitating effective communication with a diverse range of vendors and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate Like a Pro: A proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts that have resulted in significant budget savings, showcasing strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated excellence in project management, with a strong ability to manage and advance processes, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Adaptability: Proven competence in adapting to rapidly changing environments, showcasing flexibility and resilience.
