Our client and reliable partner, an IT company developing software and comprehensive services for the iGaming industry, invites a Senior Financial Manager / Chief Financial Officer to join their team.
About the Company:
An international company developing high-load systems and online services for creating, launching, and managing online casinos, including crypto casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers, with its own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and player engagement program.
Product: Software and comprehensive services for iGaming.
Responsibilities
- Managing financial operations in international jurisdictions (e.g., Cyprus, EU).
- Handling tax accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance in an international environment.
- Developing financial strategies and overseeing budgeting, P&L, and forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Organizing financial reporting and coordinating with external auditors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in international jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of tax legislation, financial compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing financial teams.
- Experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, and financial modeling.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders.
