We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the development of trading terminals for professional traders and investors. Your primary responsibility will be the development of the functionality and user experience (UX) of trading platforms, covering desktop, mobile applications, and web versions. You will be creating user-friendly and efficient solutions for our clients by leveraging your experience in financial markets and brokerage products.You will join a passionate team of professionals deeply immersed in the financial industry, committed to creating cutting-edge trading products that serve both professional traders and retail investors.
You’ll get to work on :
- Develop a strategy for the user experience (UX) for trading terminals, focusing on both B2B and B2C clients.
- Build and maintain the product to meet the needs of professional traders and HNWI.
- Define the product vision and roadmap aligned with the business needs.
- Increase platform engagement time and the number of profitable client actions.
- Manage client journeys across multiple applications, analyze and improve user flows.
- Conduct product research, generate and test hypotheses, and analyze product metrics.
- Define key product metrics and perform data analysis to improve the product.
Ideal candidate :
- Deep understanding of financial markets and trading processes.
- Experience with brokerage products or in the investment space is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in building products for professional traders and retail investors.
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT product company.
- Strong knowledge of technological aspects and requirements in global financial markets.
- Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements related to financial services is a plus.
