Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients to expand the user base of our SMS sending service.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create compelling sales pitches and seamless onboarding experiences.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demos to potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company policies and revenue goals.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and forecast future sales trends.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital communication, or related industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-oriented individual with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is an asset.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SMS marketing and messaging services is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
