Requirements:

  • Higher financial education: Economics, finance, accounting.
  • Experience in a senior financial position: Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
  • Deep knowledge of financial management: Budgeting, finance, risk management, tax planning analysis.
  • Experience with sustainable energy sources: ERP systems, accounting systems.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify changes and make decisions based on electronic data.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, make independent decisions.
  • Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with managers, investors, employees and company executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Lead financial analysis efforts to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Build and lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development
