Role description:

You will work collaboratively with Global HQ and across a variety of functions with global & local colleagues from Marketing, Product, Retail & eCommerce, PR, etc. This position requires consumer empathy, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and attention to details & deadlines. Good knowledge of creative development process (both locally from scratch & adaption of global materials) & execution of the go-to-market plans would be a huge plus.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead creative adaptation and localization of the global creative materials, as well as creative development of local materials: OLV, in-store communication, in-mall communication and other formats
  • Execute photo shooting of the new products and fashion lookbooks to showcase new collections
  • Select and manage creative and production agencies
  • Be an internal customer of the in-house Content Studio that develops designs of the banners and promo materials
  • Lead consumer research to test new creative materials
  • Manage media agencies in execution campaigns of various formats: digital, OOH, in-mall, metro, etc
  • Manage marketing communication budget: media, creative adaptation and development, market research

MAIN SKILLS AND COMPENETCIES:

  • 2 years of brand management experience within an FMCG or retail company
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in planning and executing complex media campaigns. Work with media agencies. Coordination with creative agencies. Analyzing post-campaign reports
  • Self-organized. Superior project-management skills - to effectively lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative development
  • Strong creative development skills: briefing and de-briefing creative agencies
  • Equally comfortable leading the creative localization as well as creative development from scratch
  • Strong presentation skills. Clear communication. Ability to lead the discussion, hear the counterparts and argue own viewpoint
  • Genuine interest in fashion retail
  • Fluent English
