Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and oversee performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display, programmatic, and affiliates.
• Lead planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of customer acquisition campaigns.
• Execute A/B testing and experiments to maximize conversion rates and ROAS.
• Identify and implement new growth opportunities to expand NOVACARD's reach.
Data-Driven Analysis & Optimization:
• Lead a thorough analysis of the entire acquisition funnel together with analysts-from click to prospect, to user activation-crossing internal CRM data with ad platform data to uncover actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities or issues at each stage of the funnel and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Ensure accurate ad platform analytics (Pixels/API, GA4, AppsFlyer, GTM) and collaborate with DWH (Data Warehouse) and LMS (Lead Management System) teams for precise data tracking and representation.
• Oversee campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics.
Affiliate Marketing & SEO:
• Develop and expand affiliate marketing partnerships to drive scalable customer acquisition.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and complement paid media efforts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of:
Analytics Manager (data insights & reporting)
Digital Trafficker (campaign execution & optimization)
External Agencies (paid media, creative, and affiliate partners)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, data science, risks and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or customer acquisition (preferably in fintech, banking, or high-growth startups).
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, TikTok, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, AppsFlyer, GTM, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Highly data-driven, with a strategic mindset and a focus on ROl-driven growth.
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
