Recruitment Specialist

Oniverse is an international company with more than 5.000 stores (Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Falconeri) present in more than 50 countries all over the world. In Russia we already have more than 550 stores and the Company is constantly growing.
At the moment we are searching for a Recruitment Specialist for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle of retail managers and office specialists (up to 80% of working time);
• Reaching KPI’s;
• Visiting stores to interact with employees;
• Work with internal reports and HR analytics;
• Participation in HR activities: onboarding, exit interviews, assessments, employer branding, etc.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment;
• English at upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Result-oriented and proactive approach;
• Flexibility to switch between different tasks and work in a dynamic environment;
• High communication skills;
• Readiness for business trips around Russia in case of need.
