Your Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, events, and key contacts.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assign tasks and track their completion.
• Take notes in key meetings and monitor action items.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Organize and maintain digital files for easy access.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Streamline workflows through automation and process improvements.

• Experience in business assistance and/or project management.
• Experience working with C-level executives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for research and data analysis.
• Ability to handle complex issues and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management software.
• Experience and willingness to work with AI tools.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
