What you'll do:

Develop and implement content strategies to attract, engage and retain audience, create content strategy for several products of the company

Form content plan in terms of formats and channels, taking into account the peculiarities of solutions and target audience

Develop marketing materials: TOR to designers for templates, writing texts, ordering of layout
-
Write selling and engaging texts for email newsletters, push notifications and other communication channels
-
Understand the basics of A/B testing, generate and implement ideas for tests to increase conversions of CRM channel
-
Enter promotional mailings into the company's CRM system (in-house development), set up triggers and various complex scrolling logic, manage the schedule of mailings

Analyze user behavior, segment the audience and create personalized campaigns

Organize a transparent reporting system

To set tasks for sales and project managers to finalize the system (the company has implemented and is actively developing its own functionality)
What you need to succeed:

Work experience from 3 years
-
Skills in writing self-selling and engaging texts for email newsletters
-
Experience in creating content plans for email campaigns, including triggered and regular mailings
-
Ability to work with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, SendPulse, etc.)

Understanding of the principles of audience segmentation and working with CRM systems

Analytical skills: ability to interpret data, build hypotheses and test them

Creativity, attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
