Hello! Business accelerator Business Booster is looking for a proactive and fast-learning Project Assistant.

We are seeking a responsible and adaptable professional who is eager to grow in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Our company leads by example, guiding our residents through the entire merger and acquisition process, sharing insights, and navigating challenges together. If you enjoy organizing processes, overseeing task execution, working with data and new technologies, this position is for you!

Important to Note: We use a time tracking and monitoring service in our work, which is installed on the computer and takes desktop screenshots (these can be viewed and edited).


What we offer:
- Time zone: Florida, USA
- Contract with a US-based company
- Bi-weekly salary payments in USD

What we expect from the candidate:

- English level C1 – work is primarily within a Russian-speaking team, but documents and communication with brokers are in English.
- Strong organizational and management skills, ability to oversee task completion
- Fast learning and adaptability – willingness to understand the M&A industry and processes
- Analytical mindset, ability to conduct research and process data
- Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
- Precision and clarity in communication and documentation

Key responsibilities:

- Administrative support: documentation management
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with contractors, lawyers, brokers, and internal teams, calendar management
- Market research and data analysis, preparing reports and analytical materials for decision-making
- Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies: coordinating processes
