The Talent Acquisition Administrator at Varian, will be working closely with our recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from all aspects. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment team by providing administrative support through the full recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination, candidate care management, job posting, initial candidate screening and Employment Agreement (EA) Completion. Your scope would include processing external and internal hires in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, screen resumes and applications, drafting job descriptions in Russian, post job ads on local job boards, initial candidate screening (20%)
  • Efficient and thorough scheduling of candidate interviews throughout the whole hiring process
  • Producing employment contracts to new employees for the EMEA region and understanding the legal requirements and variances of each
  • Ensure data integrity in our ATS (Workday), managing candidates promptly through each step of the hiring process
  • Serve as point of contact (POC) for candidates, answering questions, troubleshooting issues and guiding them through the recruitment process
  • Deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a recruiting coordination role but not essential
  • Prior work experience in an administrative, customer-centric role requiring strong attention to detail and efficiency
  • Native Russian and fluency in English language
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and tasks with a calm and clear overview
  • Ability to guide processes to closure
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Passionate desire to learn and grow, enjoy team-work


Сonditions:

  • The employment is for the period of the maternity leave of the main employee (12-18 months);
