Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Director’s schedule (meetings, negotiations, business trips
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales analytics
- Collect and process data for KPIs and sales planning
- Draft business correspondence and internal documents
- Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, and marketing departments
- Assist in planning and hosting meetings with clients and partners
- Monitor task completion within the sales team
- Organize internal events and business trips when required
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar role (assistant, sales coordinator, office manager, administrator)
- High level of multitasking, attention to detail, and time management
- Strong skills in business correspondence and report preparation
- Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in a dynamic atmosphere
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- English proficiency is a must
