Responsibilities:
  • To build, lead, coach, supervise, manage, and develop B2B Team to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
  • To set Sales goals, organize tasks among B2B team to reach set goals, monitor and evaluate B2B team’s performance, and reward based on team’s achievement;
  • To monitor and analyze marketplace, develop or/and adjust B2B development strategy to respond to market trends to meet Company’s strategic and annual Sales plans
  • To establish close relationship with C-level officers of key accounts across a multitude of industries and segments to foster B2B sales;
  • To identify and contact prospective customers/sales channels and build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales at least for 3~5 years
  • Strong sales abilities, leadership, communication and managerial skills
  • Result oriented, self-motivated, pro-active, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of languages: English-advanced, Russian and necessarily Uzbek
Conditions:
  • Official employment Work schedule: 5/2, from 08:30 to 17:30
