With over 15,000 sellers in 1200+ cities worldwide, we offer a vast array of products, from fresh flowers and gourmet treats to home decor and unique gifts. We keep growing globally, and are currently looking for a Community Manager to join our team. We are looking for a manager who focuses on results and numbers in work, have high writing skills, pay attention to details, and want to immerse yourself in working with communities in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • participate in the development of the community strategy with a focus on the educational formats;
  • prepare and post content on WhatsApp community (both informal everyday chat and larger content pieces) as part of their community engagement calendar;
  • moderate the discussions in the community;
  • organize and manage online events for sellers, such as educational sessions, networking events, and themed meetings;
  • support sellers’ initiatives and assist in developing interest-based group;
  • recruit sellers for collaborative projects with flowwow;
  • monitor community engagement and ensure a positive and active atmosphere;
  • research and collaboration within the community to feed into other parts of the business, like Customer Service, Product, and Sales.

Key Qualifications:

  • work experience in the field of community management, business development or reputation management for at least 2 years;
  • English level – Advanced (C1+);
  • knowledge of Spanish or Turkish is a plus;
  • experience working with entrepreneurs and small businesses;

  • excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships;

  • skills in organizing online events and managing communities;

  • initiative, empathy, and a genuine desire to support community members.
