The recruiting agency Brightman invites an Assistant to Sales Manager to join the team.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Full administrative and information support for the head.
  • Searching and processing of necessary information, preparing information and analytical materials.
  • Organizing business meetings, business trips and negotiations of the head.
  • Remote supporting the head on a business trip and coordinating scheduled meetings.
  • Conducting business correspondence – writing letters, requests, and other documents.
  • Provisioning the reception, accounting and storage of documentary information.
  • Communicating with the company's divisions, internal control.
  • Corporate reporting in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode, the ability to work with a large amount of information.
  • Great attention to details, organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
  • Confident MS Office user, the ability to process documents.
  • Competent oral and written speech.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Work experience in a similar position as an assistant.
  • Experience working with document management in 1C/CRM systems.
