Technical Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly technical professional to provide advanced application support to our B2B clients. This is not a standard support role: you will be expected to leverage your background in programming, networking, Linux, and database skills to troubleshoot complex issues and guide clients toward sophisticated solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve advanced issues related to PrimeXM software products.
• Client Support: Communicate with experienced B2B clients via chat, delivering effective guidance and timely solutions.
• Issue Reproduction & Documentation: Identify, reproduce, and document software issues for escalation to development or business teams when necessary.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide the highest level of support.

Required Qualifications

• SQL & Database Skills:
  Hands-on experience with SQL and database query (preferably MySQL/MariaDB dialect)
• Communication:
  Intermediate or higher level of written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Technical Background (Either Programming OR Infrastructure)

  • Programming Route:
    Minimum 1 year of hands-on programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, C++, Python, Go or similar

  OR

  • Systems/IT/Networking Route:
    Demonstrable proficiency in Linux (e.g., comfortable with command line, log analysis, and basic administrative tasks) and/or networking fundamentals (e.g., routing, TCP/IP, DNS). Broad IT knowledge or experience with complex system environments is a strong plus.

  Education/Experience:
  A technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.

  Nice to Have:

  • Financial/Forex Knowledge:
    Familiarity with Forex markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), or bridging solutions.
  • Additional Networking/Hosting Experience:
    Comfort working with low-latency systems or advanced hosting environments.
