Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy brand content strategy for brands within GSV portfolio;
- Coordinate development, adaptation, support and evolution of all GSV brand content: landings, banners, rich banners, pictos, videos, graphics;
- Work closely with media manager and deliver support of all launches and activations;
- Content development with creative agencies: preparation of technical brief, content creation, elaboration of the customer journey, monitoring compliance with deadlines, regular interaction with project managers and designers;
- Organization of local photo & video shootings: briefing, full support of work with contractors and content production.
- Coordinate and control content publishing plan (calendar);
- Monitor content performance and improve results over time; analysis and reports preparation;
- Closely collaborating with Product Marketing and E-com Content teams to create the best consumer relevant content;
- Ensure content follows industry policies and best practices;
- Monitoring competitors, benchmarking and reporting
- Build strong relations and effectively manage third party Agency supplier resource, ensuring adherence to SLA;
- Share BBP with the Group and Central Asia teams
- Ability to create the content and evaluate the efficiency of content;
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience as an agency manager or senior client-side overseeing content development;
- Strong knowledge of Digital content (landings, PDPs, rich content, e-com assets);
- Experience in local production: both shootings (photo & video) and creation;
- Proven track-record of content projects starting from creative idea to evaluation of content efficiency;
- Passionate about the role of brand content in business and establishing best practices;
- Proactive, result oriented, responsible;
- Multitasking and exceptional attention to details;
- Forward thinking and taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of products and business;
- Proficiency in English is expected, additional language a plus;
- Experience in Agency management as well as hard skills in content development.
