Resposibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of companies;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records;
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments;
- Interaction with agents in different jurisdictions;
- Maintaining various registers/databases of documents: corporate registers, contracts, certificates of ownership, etc. for our portfolio of clients;
- Interaction with accountants and auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of companies;
- Due Diligence procedures and related compliance issues (KYC and AML), World Check;
- Organization and participation in meetings (online meetings);
- Regular reporting to management.
- Professional experience in a corporate administration would be desirable;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek;
- Knowledge of Russian would be a plus;
- University Degree of Business Administration, legal studies or relevant field would be advantageous;
- Experience with KYC and AML is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Strong administrative, organizational, multitasking and communication skills;
- Strong professional discipline and ethics;
- Good team player who is willing to take responsibility;
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal with complicated scenarios.
