We’re now looking for a Junior Recruiter to focus on recruiting for digital junior roles and trainees, and to assist in developing our internship program.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for junior and trainee positions, from creating and posting vacancies to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the hiring decision-making process together with senior recruiters.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand their needs and find the perfect candidates.
  • Maintain Talent Pools: Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes: Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance and streamline recruitment process.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience (6 months - 1 year) as a Recruiter, ideally in a digital agency.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
