Обязанности:
- Interaction with current and seek potential SMS providers in various regions upon request.
- Regularly engaging with providers regarding compliance with regulatory norms.
- Collaboration with SMS providers to identify and rectify potential errors in the services provided.
- Preparing data for contracts.
- Internal communication with various departments regarding SMS matters.
- Complication various reports as requested by the manager.
- Managing a team of account managers
- Compiling analytics to evaluate the efficiency of providers
- Experience working with external providers.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in conducting business correspondence in English (email, messengers).
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
