Due to active growth and ambitious plans, we are now looking for a Content Creator to strengthen our team. Our HQ is in Malta, but this is a fully remote position at the beginning as our team is decentralized.

Who you are

As a Content Creator at TrueLab Game Studios, you are a creative and detail-oriented individual who excels at producing engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms. You possess strong visual and writing skills, and you are adept at developing and executing creative ideas to enhance the company's online presence. Your ability to create compelling images, videos, and texts, along with your keen eye for design and storytelling, makes you an essential part of our marketing team.

What you do

General Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit reels and podcasts using professional software on PC, ensuring high-quality production and smooth storytelling;

• Graphic Design: Create and enhance images, banners, and other visual materials using AI tools and design software to maintain a strong brand identity across social platforms;

• Content Ideation: Collaborate closely with the SMM manager to brainstorm and develop innovative content strategies that align with marketing goals;

• Copywriting & Editing: Write, edit, and proofread compelling texts for social networks, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage the audience and strengthen the brand’s voice;

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital content trends, AI design tools, and social media best practices to continuously refine and elevate content strategies;

• Cross-Platform Content Management: Adapt and optimize content for various digital channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across platforms.

What you know

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, SMM, design, or video editing within a Game Studio, FinTech, Web3, or IT environment;

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro + After Effects or CapCut Desktop for video editing. Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Figma, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Canva, and AI-powered photo generators for content creation;

• Social Media Expertise: Understanding of content trends on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and Twitter to create engaging and viral content;

• Collaboration & Communication: Experience working in a team with marketers, designers, and copywriters, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of creative projects;

• Language Proficiency: English – B2 or higher, with the ability to create and edit content in English.
