An international pharmaceutical company Delta Medical invites to its team:

Head of Representative Office in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk

Functional Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the achievement of planned performance indicators and growth.
• Building and strengthening relationships with key clients and partners of the company.
• Market and competitive environment analysis to identify new growth and development opportunities.
• Development and implementation of the company's business strategy in Belarus in line with the company's overall objectives.
• Planning and controlling the Representative Office's department budget, confident management of financial metrics.
• Managing and coordinating personnel activities, team development, and motivation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, marketing, pharmaceuticals, medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a top position in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Profound knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Belarus, understanding of healthcare legislation and regulatory practices.
• Experience in managing and developing distribution, developing and implementing company portfolio promotion strategies.
• Ability to organize and lead a team, striving to achieve set goals.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for conducting business negotiations.
