Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and making outbound calls, managing non-voice channels (chats, SMS, email)

  • providing customer service and information about company services

  • processing service requests for technician visits, scheduling technician appointments

  • collecting payments from customers after services are completed, and acting as a liaison between customers and technicians

Required skills:

  • You are fluent in English (C1/C2 levels both in verbal and written communication). Good pronunciation is highly needed.

  • You are fluent in Russian (С2 level).

  • You have high learning ability, information retrieval skills and high communication skills.

  • You are friendly and strongly customer-oriented.

  • You are hard-working and attentive.

  • You are proactive and accomplished.

  • PC knowledge at the level of a confident user

  • Working environment from home should be the following: enclosed room (quiet place without outside noise), personal computer (laptop), headset (headphones with microphone, with noise pressure function), high-speed (stable) home Internet.

Desirable/Is welcome

  • Technical or linguistic education.

  • Experience as a contact center operator (remote or in-house)

  • Experience as a service specialist.

  • Experience in international projects involving the use of live English speech

  • Experience in sales of services (not goods), the experience of warm and hot sales.

  • Experience in working with any CRM software.

We offer:

  • Remote position

  • 5/2 schedule. 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts during the week, (40 hours per week), flexible weekends

  • 2 months of probationary period.

  • Salary is 1000$ for a probationary period, after $1000 (hourly for 40 hours per week) + bonuses (0.45-0.5% for each successful bid, 1500-2500 on average overall).
