Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Almaty or Astana.

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, drive talent acquisition strategies, and collaborate with business leaders to attract top professionals. If you have a passion for recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience in hiring mid-level professionals, this opportunity is for you.

As our Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research and apply various search tools to attract top professionals.
  • Lead reporting and analytics to track key recruitment KPIs.
  • Organize and participate in employer branding activities, including career fairs and internal HR projects.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including hiring for mid-level positions.
  • Strong knowledge of various search tools and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Public speaking skills and ability to present HR initiatives.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English.

It's a plus if you:

  • Experience in financial, audit, consulting, or legal recruitment, preferably in a Big4/Big3 company.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes or other HR-related functions.
  • Familiarity with additional tools, such as PowerBI.
