We are looking for a Team Lead of Arabic Speaking Countries for an international digital platform with a gaming theme.
Responsibilities
- Working with a group of remote operators;
- Organizing effective work of the group in order to achieve key indicators;
- Assistance in training and adaptation of new employees;
- Providing information and consulting support to group employees;
- Maintaining and motivating operators in the group, increasing their productivity;
- Monitoring the quality and efficiency of group operators.
Requirements
- Experience as a senior operator, supervisor in a contact center for at least 1 year;
- Experience working with remote operators will be an advantage;
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to work in a team;
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information;
- Computer literacy: knowledge of office applications;
- Knowledge of languages: Arabic (C1), English (C1), French (B1-B2).
