Office Admin

Responsibilities:

  • General affairs of office and procurement
  • Booking tickets and hotels
  • Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Participation in organizing meetings and corporate events
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as Office Admin / Personal Assistant;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Conditions:

  • Official employment Work schedule: 5/2, from 08:30 to 17:30
