Office Admin
Responsibilities:
- General affairs of office and procurement
- Booking tickets and hotels
- Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Participation in organizing meetings and corporate events
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- 2+ years of relevant experience as Office Admin / Personal Assistant;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Conditions:
- Official employment Work schedule: 5/2, from 08:30 to 17:30
