Are you passionate about fostering growth and development in others? KPMG is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Senior Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.

As an L&D Senior Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and assess employees by organizing evaluations, setting KPIs, analyzing results, and creating growth plans.

  • Manage training programs by planning sessions, selecting trainers, overseeing learning platforms, and ensuring technical support.

  • Analyze data and report on training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements.

  • Enhance corporate culture through competency models, mentorship programs, and global development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align training with strategic goals and coordinate initiatives across regions.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) with a focus on Performance Management and Goal Setting.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to process information, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive approach—ability to independently seek information, solve complex issues, and organize processes.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday or similar).
  • Expertise in employee assessment and development, including KPI implementation.
  • Project management experience in goal-setting initiatives (e.g., PD Cycle).
  • Strong understanding of SMART goal setting principles and evaluation processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement assessment matrices to effectively measure employee performance.
  • Are fluent in Russian and English; proficiency in Kazakh is a plus.
