Associate IT analyst

We are looking for an IT Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement (in the framework of assigned feature requests)
• Identify and analyze stakeholders based on their influence, interest, and impact on the project.
• Organize and lead workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements from diverse groups,ensuring all voices are heard.

Requirements Analysis:

• Create standard templates for documenting various types of requirements (functional, non functional, technical).
• Create a traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are linked to corresponding design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify gaps between current capabilities and desired outcomes.
  
  Process Mapping:
• Document existing processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be) using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Define Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of processes and improvements.
  
  Data Analysis:
• Utilize various data gathering methods such as surveys, databases, and historical records to compile relevant information.
• Apply statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, variance analysis) to draw insights from data sets.

User map Design:

• Create Use Cases and User Stories: Develop detailed use cases and user stories that outline how users will interact with the proposed solutions.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize solution concepts and gather early feedback from stakeholders.

Project Management

⦁ Collaborate with delivery managers to clearly define project scope and deliverables, as well as the timeline.

It will be a plus:

• Take an active part not only in the formalization, but also in the preparing of tasks throughout the evolution of the system being created;
• The ability to briefly and concisely express the essence of the information received;
• The ability to draw conclusions and explain your point of view.
• To know about PHP code and knowledge of PHP frameworks
