Senior Meta Game Designer

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Meta Game Designer to join the team of our legendary project - Shadow Fight 3 - it's a fascinating action-RPG fighting game that immerses players in the Shadow World. They battle various enemies, enhancing their hero and utilizing a rich selection of weapons, armor, and fighting styles. The game allows players to create a unique character and explore a deep, well-developed world with a history of over 15 years.

Responsibilities:

• Come up with and fully implement new features to improve the game from the concept to the post-release analysis.

• Rework and update existing features.

• Write feature documentation.

• Maintain a good quality of GD documents, review and give feedback on documents within your area of responsibility.

• Cooperate with analytics team and use the data to come up with mechanics, solve tasks, and initiate AB tests.

Requirements:

• Experience working on meta-mechanics within at least 2 released projects.
• Deep understanding of meta-oriented mobile RPG projects.
• Understanding of analytics and player-related data at least at a basic level. Willingness and desire to develop expertise in this area.
• A habit of playing mobile games and constantly replenishing your reference base.
• Critical thinking.
• Understanding your weaknesses and strengths. Willingness to use someone else's expertise where you lack your own.
