Pro Appliance Repair is looking for a specialist in the implementation and configuration of Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools. If you have experience working with Zoho and you know how to adapt it to the company's business processes, we will be glad to see you in our team!
Responsibilities:
Setting up and implementing Zoho CRM and other Zoho products to optimize the company's business processes.
Automation of work processes, integration of CRM with other services and applications.
Development and configuration of custom reports, dashboards, and workflows (workflow automation).
Consultations and training of the company's employees on the use of Zoho.
Analyze current business processes and propose improvements using Zoho tools.
Solving technical issues, setting up API integrations and customizing the system to meet the needs of the company.
Requirements:
Experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho One products (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho FSM, etc.).
Understanding the principles of CRM systems and their integration with external services.
Business process configuration and automation skills in Zoho.
Basic knowledge of API integrations and working with webhooks (will be an advantage).
The ability to work independently, find solutions and propose optimizations.
Conditions:
Format: remote work.
Schedule: flexible (from part-time to full-time, discussed individually).
Payment: from $1000 (to be discussed individually).
