Knowledge & UX copywriter (Bilingual EN/RU)

As a Knowledge & UX Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in driving customer success by creating engaging, user-friendly content for our knowledge base, Academy courses, and user interfaces. Your work will empower internal teams and customers alike to make the most of Kommo’s revolutionary CRM tools, like Salesbot automation, AI-powered chat management, and WhatsApp and Instagram integrations.

This is a bilingual role, so proficiency in English and Russian (C1 or above) is essential.

What you’ll be doing

• Knowledge base & guides: Write and update clear, concise, and engaging content for Kommo’s knowledge base and integration guides.

• Internal training: Create and update internal guides to help Kommo’s team stay on top of the latest features and workflows.

• UX Writing: Craft and translate user-friendly interface text in English and Russian to ensure seamless navigation and understanding.

• Style Guides: Develop and maintain style guides to unify Kommo’s voice and tone across all customer-facing content.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand roadmaps, test new features, and identify content needs.

• Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research Kommo’s features to identify content opportunities and improve user experience.
