We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (Salesforce) to drive efficiency and process optimisation within our sales department. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing our Salesforce CRM and providing data-driven insights to improve sales performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM operations and drive impactful business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimisation: Design, implement, and refine scalable sales processes and workflows
- CRM Management: Oversee Salesforce configuration, integration, and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and seamless functionality
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Relations to align sales operations with broader business goals
- Project Management: Lead Salesforce customisation projects, coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales operations, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce administration and process optimisation
- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools like Excel, Tableau (or similar), Google Analytics
- Experience in data accuracy management, CRM hygiene, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
- Knowledge of lead nurturing, marketing-sales alignment, and performance tracking
- Industry experience in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, or SaaS is highly desirable
- Advanced English (C1)
