Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Head of Educational Programs who will strategically develop journalism courses, ensure their relevance and compliance with international standards, and engage with the academic and professional media community.
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and update educational programs in journalism and media communications, considering current trends.
✅ Organize and oversee the educational process to enhance teaching quality.
✅ Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners.
✅ Monitor international journalism standards and integrate them into curricula.
✅ Establish partnerships with leading global educational and media organizations.
✅ Develop strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the School of Journalism.
✅ Attract top-tier faculty members and media experts.
What We Value:
✅ A higher education degree in journalism, media, communications, or related fields (a master's degree from an international institution is preferred).
✅ At least 3 years of experience in the media or education sector (leadership and/or teaching experience is an advantage).
✅ A deep understanding of modern media, digital platforms, and journalism trends.
✅ Experience working with international organizations is a plus.
✅ Strong leadership and management skills, strategic thinking.
✅ Proficiency in English is required.
