Junior Project Manager

BLD Soft (Setplex) is looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team in-office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and deliver technical projects and coordinate strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress

• Collaborate with internal teams including Dev, QA, BA and UI/UX Designers

• Track project milestones and report updates to stakeholders

• Help manage timelines, risks, and deliverables

• Contribute to process improvements and related documentation

Requirements:

• English level B2–C1 (both spoken and written)

• Completed project management or business-oriented courses

• Familiarity with Agile Methodology

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Hands-on experience with project management tools
