Procurement manager

We are looking for Procurement senior specialist/manager in our professional team (maternity leave)

Responsibilities:

Purchasing of materials and services including:

• Preparing supply chain strategy for each category and conduct tenders
• Materials and service performance tracking, creating common database among all mines
• Supplier performance tracking and evaluation
• Conducting price benchmark analysis for each category
• Tracing information of world indexes for strategic materials
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Managing contracts (commercial terms, pricelists)
• Working capital optimization
• Cost reduction initiatives implementation

Requirements:

• University engineering or technical degree (preferable: commercial, international trade, finances, statistics)
• 3-5 years in purchasing
• Experience in purchasing of services (mining consultants, etc.) and materials (such as grinding media and reagents)
• Experience in mining industry market and supplier base (as an advantage). Project leading experience (as an advantage)
• Basic commercial knowledge, tender procedures, Incoterms, contract management, logistics, global sourcing,
• Basic accounting knowledge
• SAP (desired)
• Excel advanced user
• Project management knowledge is a plus
