SneakerBOX is a large retail chain of multi-brand stores of sports and active lifestyle goods, we sell such brands as: Reebok, Lumberjack, U.S. Polo, Quiksilver, Boardriders, Element, Roxy. Our 115 stores are represented in 47 cities of Russia, and we continue our expansion!

• Manage stores (~ 16-18 stores)
• Manage financial and commercial KPIs of the territory
• Sales Forecasting
• P&L analysis
• Manage successful team of Store Managers – hiring, adaptation, training and development
• Manage the staff list of the store, wages and salaries costs planning
• Stores visiting
• Cross functional communication: Logistics, Finance, HR, IT

• Fluent English
• Analytical thinking
• Readiness to frequent Business trips

• Experience from 3 years in a management position in retail (Territorial Manager, Regional Manager)
• Willingness to take responsibility for financial performance and results
• Experience in mentoring, training, development of employees
• Experience in successful implementation of projects
• Personal qualities: effective communication, result orientation, flexibility and willingness to work in changing conditions.
