Job Responsibilities
As an Instrumentation, Electrical & Control Technician, you will:

Perform QA/QC inspections of installations and verify alignment with technical schematics.

Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Diagnose, test, and calibrate measurement and control systems (e.g., 4-20mA, 0-10V, Profibus, HART).

Perform loop checks, signal testing, valve calibration, and system fault resolution.

Interpret technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and ATEX guidelines.

Work flexibly across projects and in team-based environments.
Candidate Profile
-
Technical degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation & Control / Electrical Engineering.

2+ years’ experience in oil & gas, industrial automation, or mining sectors.

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, chemistry & physics.

Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, VSD, and industrial protocols is a strong asset.

VCA certificate or willingness to obtain.

B2-C1 English proficiency.

Willing to work in Antwerp/Ghent (occasional travel abroad).
Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: €2500–€3300/month

Net Salary Estimate: €2100–€2300/month

Working Hours: 40h/week, usually 10-hour days

Overtime: ~25%, paid or exchanged for paid leave

Shifts: Day shift, flexibility required during peak periods
