RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the management's calendar and schedule, including the organization of meetings;
- Organization and preparation of documents, reports and presentations;
- Performing administrative tasks, including correspondence processing, file management and document archiving;
- Ensuring operational communication and coordination between various departments and parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Korean will be your advantage;
- Work experience in the administrative or secretarial field is welcome;
- High level of organization and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to effectively manage time and priorities;
- Knowledge of MS Office computer programs;
- Flexibility, stress tolerance and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
