Validation Agent

We are looking for a Validation Agent to join the team and provide quick, high-quality moderation to protect our users from offensive, dangerous or otherwise extreme user-generated content and to protect Viber from damaging content as well.

Requirements:

• English – Upper-Intermediate level/familiarity with colloquialisms. Other language – an advantage
• Ability to analyze context and use good judgement in flagging problematic or damaging content
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in stressful situations (stress management, resilience and composure)
• Thick skin to potentially offensive or extreme content (visual and textual)
• Good sense of humor!
• Eye for detail
• Skilled multi-tasker
• Previous experience in similar position – major advantage.

Terms of employment:

• Full working day
• 8-hours shifts (mix from 9:00-18:00, 13:00-22:00, 5 shifts per week, including Saturday and/or Sunday)
